LEMONGRASS Resto, Bogor - a Modern Kopitiam Concept Restaurant

I'm back. From long hibernation i finally woke up, now i'm updating a new post which actually not hehe. In this post i would like to review about this fancy looking modern kopitiam resto in the heart of Bogor, yes you know it already i assumed. It is Lemongrass Resto, a modern kopitiam concept restaurant, Lemongrass has wide varieties of Peranakan dish of Kopitiam which is literally means Kedai Kopi in Bahasa Melayu. The menu is mostly a Malaysian and Singaporean dishes such as Kaya Toast, Nasi Lemak, Curry or Nyonya Laksa, Roti Canai or Prata, Char Kway Teow and stuffs like that.

Sangkaya Artisan Ice Cream - Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Hello from early 2016 :D Warm greetings for you all. This is my first review of 2016, so enjoy.

Sangkaya is an artisan ice cream franchise in Malaysia and widely famous throughout Malaysia because their store is spread all over the nation. Sangkaya starts their business from street stall and now they're expanded their business until as big as it is now. The main focus of their business is the Coconut ice cream, and they're really good at it.

I visited their outlet at Jalan Telawi Bangsar, which is very near from where i stay in Malaysia. The store is not too big but always packed during mid day because their ice cream is such a perfect companion in hot weather.

PULP by Papa Palheta, Kuala Lumpur

It’s been a very berry long time that I’m not going to any café in KL, and this time was like an unplanned visit. In the previous day I was checking on google for research some cafes worth visit in KL, and I just found out one that really surprised me because its location is just on the next door of my neighborhood. It was nearby actually, it’s around Bangsar, just 100-150 metres walk away from my apartments.

Firstly I check the maps location of the café but I’m not quite sure that it would be that near, so I check on google maps and it was totally correct. I make a visit tomorrow morning to prove it, with some self-confidence I just try to walk to get there. And yeah I made it, it was located on the same location with NSTP,

Hi dear my fellow readers. Im so sorry for such a long pause after my last post here, Since my activity is kinda hectic here and i have no time to make any update. I've been living in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for at least a month here. So far my stay here was a good one, i've visited some major and famous attractions here in KL that i can't wait anyy longer to share with you guys. Today i'm just gonna post one of my journey of discovering some best cafes in KL to worth a visit, and the one i got caught of is Feeka, the pretty small cafes around Bukit Bintang.

CYRANO Cafe, Bogor

F&B Business in Bogor has grown rapidly for the past 2 years, a new cafe opens every months in different location in Bogor's major culinary districts like Padjajaran, Bantarjati, Villa Duta, Suryakencana, Pandu Raya, Sudirman/ Air Mancur and many others. Today im gonna review the newest and hippest cool cafe in Suryakencana, theyre already opened for 3 months and here it is, please welcome Cyrano Cafe.

Opened it store on November 2014, Cyrano brings Suryakencana culinary culture to a new level, since Surken "simplified name of Suryakencana" is well known for it culinary epicentrum and the heaven of hawker or street food seekers and also the Chinatown of Bogor. Cyrano cafe is located in Suryakencana street near by the Pasar Bogor (Bogor traditional market) and if you know the famous "Ngesti" grocery store, Cyrano was right after Ngesti so you know where to stop by. I've been stalking and wondering pretty much about Cyrano and how it would be even months before they're open for public. I always passed Cyrano whenever i heading to home from Bogor Train Station to Sukasari via Suryakencana but i dont know why i always have no time even i frequently passed this cafe until my visit to Cyrano today. At first i wonder that Cyrano will appears with kind of Gipsy looks or even Mythical looks because the black cat is identical with mysterious thing, but hey ! They're prove it wrong, Cyrano comes with more Carnavalish looks with dim and a bit romantic ambiance.

TIME OUT - Sports Cafe, Bogor

Hi The Liviosta, finally i come back to you with new post and more reviews, and just last week i make a visit to a newly-opened cafe with new concept in Bogor. Please welcome TIME OUT - Sports Cafe to the new member of must visit cafe in Bogor ! Yeah i must admit that this café comes with a very different concept unlike any other cafés in Bogor, they just opened it's door a few months back when the euphoria of World Cup began, Time Out opens to fulfill the Bogorians need of a good café to hangout and chillin around and yes again i would recommend to you this cafe, because the atmosphere is just right for you to spend along time with your friend and enjoy good food.

Black House Café, Jakarta

Hi food lovers, di postingan kali ini saya akan membuat review tentang restoran, di postingan perdana di rubrik Restaurant Reviews ini saya akan membahas tentang Black House Café, Jakarta. Pada kunjungan waktu itu saya dan teman-teman kelompok saya dalam rangka observasi restoran unik karena dapet tugas dari dosen mata kuliah Food & Beverage Service mengunjungi Black House, kenapa kita memilih Black House sebagai tempat observasi kita ? karena konsep dan design yang diusung oleh Café ini sangat unik dan beragam, selain itu atmospherenya juga hangat dan nyaman sehingga cozy dan cocok banget buat pilihan tempat hangout para food lovers, nah daripada berlama-lama mendingan kita bahas aja langsung yuk.

Black House Café ini terletak di daerah Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan atau lebih tepatnya beralamat di Jl. Cililin Raya No.3 Tirtayasa. Lokasinya sendiri tergolong jauh dari keramaian namun diapit oleh 2 jalan utama sehingga memungkinkan orang untuk mampir sejenak untuk melepas kepenatan ditengah macetnya kota Jakarta.

Black House merupakan sebuah bangunan berlantai 4 yang memiliki 7 konsep berbeda, dan setiap lantai terdapat beberapa konsep yang benar-benar mempunyai ciri khas, diantaranya ada Coffee Area, Boutique Area, Books Area di Level 1, di Level 2 ada Flower Area & Candy Area, di Level 3 ada Music Area & di Level 4 atau rooftop ada Heaven Area. daripada berlama lama mending kita liat aja foto-foto yang berhasil kita abadikan. Coffee Area : Seperti layaknya Cofee Shop kebanyakan, tapi cukup cozy untuk sekedar bersantai bersama teman atau rekan kerja sehabis pulang kantor.

Books Area : Seperti ruangan santai atau perpustakaan mini yang sering ada dirumah-rumah klasik eropa, terkesan simple dan mewah.

Boutique Area : suasana yang sedikit mellow dengan suguhan musik yang jazzy menambah hangatnya suasana.

Music Area : Seperti berada di music studio dan suasana London, banyak ornamen kaset dan piringan hitam.

 Candy Area : sangat girly dengan pajangan jajanan seperti cokelat, permen dan lollypop, dan mesin pembuat cotton candy di pojokan ruangan, dengan nuansa serba pink dan warna pastel.

Heaven Area : mengusung konsep rooftop dan sky dining, bernuansa seperti di Inggris, dapat melihat pemandangan kota Jakarta di malam hari.

Chicken Quesadillas : Recommended Appetizer, kulit tortilla diisi dengan ayam dan mozarella cheese, dipadu dengan saus salsa, sungguh menggugah selera, harganya 60k namun sepadan dengan nuansa dan interior restoran yang sangat unik, patut dicoba.

Selection of Iced Tea : Strawberry, Peach & Lemon Iced Tea, sangat recommended, ada 1 yang best seller yaitu Lychee Iced Tea namun sedang sold out sehingga kita tidak bisa mencobanya. harganya mulai 28-32k.

Spaghetti Aglio Olio Tuna : Rasa Tunanya berpadu dengan saus dan keju sungguh kombinasi yang pas, harganya 55k, patut dicoba

Strawberry Pannacotta : i think this is the best panna cotta in town, teksturnya yang lembut dan creamy berpadu dengan saus dan potongan strawberry yang asam sangat pas, dan membuat kita melupakan beban sejenak hehe, sendoknya juga unik, kalo bisa dibawa pulang sih udah dibawa dari kemaren-kemaren hahahaha. harganya 40k, meskipun terbilang mahal tapi worth it banget kok.
